I was sitting with someone at meditation center. She was explaining few points on the chalk board. While washing the chalk board , she mentioned that, our life will be so easy if we can wash off our old bad memories which are causing so much sorrows and pain in our life.  It took me few days to find the answer: I as SOUL , creator of my destiny. I have 100% control on my thoughts. My thoughts creates my destiny. I have 100% control on the information I am receiving. SOUL is MIND , MIND is a field , My INTELLECT and OLD BELIEFS are 2 teams playing against each other. I am running my life based on old beliefs and experiences and this is the reason I am in pain. I have to let go of PAST. I have to let go of EGO. This whole world is a drama. I am an Actor of this MOVIE name "NEERAJ" , my MIND(SOUL) is a DIRECTOR , my old beliefs are VILLAIN in this movie , My INTELLECT is my supporting ACTOR. I should support INTELLECT if I want to be on positive side. It's a wonderful feeling. As a good ACTOR, I just need to play my role and my role is LIVE in the present , Don't create Sorrow for anyone and STAY PURE I focused on my INTELLECT : Will Power, Determination and started to look for "SELF SOVEREIGNTY" 100% control on my thoughts. This feeling and knowledge is an eraser which we all can use to erase all bad memories, past experiences and relationships causing sorrow and pain in our life.  |
